Product use

This product is suitable for power with AC rated voltage of 450 / 750V and below, and copper core PVC insulated wires (cables) for daily electrical appliances, instruments, meters and controls

Usage characteristics

Long term allowable working temperature of cable: bv-90 and rv-90 shall not exceed 90 ℃, other models shall not exceed 70 ℃, and the laying temperature of fixed laying cable (wire) shall not be lower than 0 ℃;

Allowable bending radius: cable outer diameter (d) less than 25mm shall not be less than 4D; Cable outer diameter (d) of 25mm and above shall not be less than 6D

Technical requirements and parameters

1. The conductors shall comply with GB / t3956-1997 conductors of cables.

2. PVC material requirements for insulation: PVC / F type PVC mixture material shall be used for wires and cables with temperature resistance of 90 ℃, and PVC / C type PVC mixture material shall be used for other wires and cables with temperature resistance of 70 ℃.

3. The inner protective layer is extruded with non vulcanized rubber or plastic mixture: the sheath layer is extruded with PVC / ST4 PVC mixture material.

4. The product performance requirements and test methods shall be tested according to the provisions of this standard (gb5023.1, 2 and 3). If all the products pass the test, they are qualified.

5. DC resistance and insulation resistance of cable (line) (see Table 2).

Delivery length

Generally delivered in coils or coils, the proportion of short sections that can be allocated in the total length of delivery shall be determined according to the contract agreement of both parties
