Scope of application
According to the definition of IEC61158 standard of International Electrotechnical Commission, fieldbus refers to the digital, serial and multipoint communication data bus between the field device installed in the manufacturing process area and the automatic control device in the control room. There are many kinds of communication media connecting field equipment. Each communication media has a great impact on such aspects as data transmission rate, communication distance, reliability of data transmission, cost and ease of installation and maintenance due to their different performance characteristics. The communication media of the field bus system mainly include bus cables, microwave and infrared rays, among which the bus cables are commonly used and stable.
This product is applicable to the connecting line between the process automation control and measuring equipment in the field environment of the factory, to build an open and decentralized digital field bus communication system. It is suitable for installation in the cable bridge (bracket) in the room C, outdoor, humid or dry environment and is convenient for use in the pipeline.
Production process

Electrical indicators
1. Working capacitance (1kHz): core to core ≤ 60pf / m, core to shield ≤ 110pf / M
2. Unbalanced capacitance to shield (1kHz): unbalanced capacitance to shield ≤ 2000pf / km
3. Characteristic impedance (31.25khz) characteristic impedance 100 ± 20 Ω
4. Attenuation (20 ℃, 39khz): the attenuation value of cable signal transmission is 3.0db/km
5. Transmission distance: the physical foaming A-type bus cable is large, and the transmission distance is 1900 meters
