    This product is manufactured according to Q / 321084cdjt17 standard

    The flame retardant characteristics of this product comply with GB / t18380.3 (iec60332-3).

    The low smoke and zero halogen characteristics of this product comply with the provisions of GB / t17651 (iec61034), GB / t17650, 2 (iec60754-2).

    The main technical indicators of this product comply with the provisions of RCC-E, ieee383, iec189, iec60332, iec61034, iec60754 and other standards.

    Product characteristics

    Cable rated voltage (UO / U): 300 / 500V

    Long term allowable working temperature of cable conductor: 90 ℃: short circuit (duration ≤ SS) temperature 250 ℃.

    The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃, and preheating shall be conducted when the laying temperature is lower than 0 ℃.

    The allowable bending radius during cable laying shall not be less than 10 times of the outer diameter of the cable.

    Allowable minimum ambient temperature for operation after cable laying: - 40 ℃.

    Normal service life of cable: 40 years

    Special properties of cables:

    (1) The cable can withstand the bunched combustion test specified in GB / t18380.3 (iec60332-3)

    (2) The insulated core of the cable can withstand the vertical combustion test specified in GB / t18380.1 (iec60332-1)

    (3) The low smoke performance of the cable shall comply with the provisions of GB / TL 7651 (iec61034), and the light transmittance shall be ≥ 60

    (4) The halogen-free performance of the cable complies with the provisions of GB / t17650.2 (iec60754-2): pH ≥ 4.3, conductivity < 10 μ s/m

    Electrical performance of cables:

    (1) The cable can withstand ac2500v / 5min withstand voltage test without breakdown

    (2) The conductor resistivity of the cable (P20 ℃) shall not be greater than 0.017241 Ω. Mm ²/ m

    (3) Insulation resistance constant of cable: ki20 ℃ is not less than 367om Ω. Km; Ki60 ℃ is not less than 36.7m Ω. Km; Ki90 ℃, not less than 3.67M Ω. Km

    (4) The working capacitance of the cable shall not be greater than 100pF / m

    (5) The distributed inductance of the electrical system shall not be greater than 0.8 μ H/m

    (6) The capacitance of the cable is unbalanced. When the test frequency is 1kHz and the test length is 250m, it is not more than 250pf
