Usage characteristics
1. The rated voltage shall comply with relevant product standards
2. The long-term working temperature of PVC insulated oxygen insulated cable shall not exceed 70 ℃, and the long-term working temperature of XLPE insulated oxygen insulated cable shall not exceed 90 ℃
3. The ambient temperature of the cable during laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃, and the bending radius shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
Product naming rules
Low smoke zero halogen is represented by "d", that is, it is represented by the first pinyin letter of the Chinese characters of "no" and "low". The oxygen barrier layer is represented by "g", i.e. the first pinyin letter of the Chinese character "barrier". The flame-retardant type is represented by "Zr", that is, the first pinyin letter of the Chinese characters "resistance" and "fire", and the fire-resistant type is represented by "NH", that is, the first pinyin letter of the Chinese characters "fire resistance" and "fire". The product code is composed of model, rated voltage, specification and standard number.

main performance
1. The flame retardant characteristics of flame retardant cables with oxygen barrier layer shall meet the class a standard of GB / t18380.3-2001.
2. The fire resistance characteristics of the fire-resistant cable with the oxygen barrier layer meet the standard requirements in GB / t19216.21-2003, that is, it will not break down under the rated voltage after burning at 750 ℃ ~ 800 ℃ for 90min. At the same time, its flame retardancy reaches the class a standard of GB / t18380.3-2001.
3. The smoke density (light transmittance) of halogen-free low smoke oxygen barrier flame retardant cable during combustion shall meet the low smoke standard of GB / t17651-1998 (equivalent iec61034), and the corrosiveness of combustion gas shall meet the requirements of GB / t17650-1998 (equivalent iec60754). The flame retardant performance meets the class a standard of GB / t18380.3-2001, and the hydrogen chloride gas content meets the requirements of iec60754-1.
4. Halogen free, low smoke, oxygen-proof and fire-resistant cable, the smoke density (transmittance) during combustion shall meet the low smoke standard of GB / t17651-1998 (equivalent to iec61034), and the corrosivity of combustion gas shall meet the requirements of iec60754-21ec60754-2 method for measuring gas acidity by measuring pH value and conductivity, with pH ≥ 4.3 and conductivity extended by 10 μ S / mm, and iec60754-1 measurement of halogen gas content, hydrogen chloride gas content ≤ 5mg / g, and fire resistance characteristics meet the requirements of GB / t19216.21-2003.
5. All types of cables can withstand the voltage test specified in the corresponding product standards for 5min without breakdown.
