Executive standard
This product is formulated according to the standards of GB / t12706.1-2008 and iec60502-1997. The flame retardant characteristics meet the requirements of a in GB / t18380.3-2001 and the smoke density (transmittance) meets the low smoke standard of GB / t17651-1998.
Usage characteristics
1. When the halogen-free low-voltage cable is in normal use, the long-term allowable working temperature of the conductor is 90 ℃, and the maximum temperature of the conductor is not more than 250 ℃ in case of short circuit (the maximum short circuit time is 5S);
2. When the low smoke and low halogen cable is in normal use, the long-term allowable working temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 70 ℃, and the maximum temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 160 ℃ in case of short circuit (the maximum short circuit time is 5S);
3. The minimum temperature of cable laying is 0 ℃, and the minimum bending radius when laying shall not be less than 10 times of the outer diameter of the cable when there is no armor layer. If there is an armor layer, it shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
Technical indicators:
1. The insulation resistance constant of the finished cable shall not be less than 36.7m Ω. Km at 20 ℃
2. The finished cable shall be subjected to withstand voltage test with AC 50Hz and 3.5kv test voltage, and the test shall be stable for 5 minutes without breakdown
3. Smoke density test of halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cable during combustion, the minimum light transmittance is not less than 60%, the hydrogen chloride gas release HCl is not more than 5㎎/g, the pH value is not less than 4.3, and the conductivity is not more than 10 μ s/㎜
4. Smoke density test of low smoke and low halogen flame retardant cable during combustion, the minimum light transmittance is not less than 35%, and the hydrogen chloride gas release is not more than 100 ㎎/g
