Usage characteristics:

1. AC rated voltage: uo / u: 0.6/1kv

2. Long term working temperature of cable: silicon rubber insulation 180 ℃, fluoroplastic insulation 200 ℃ and 260 ℃, PVC insulation 70 ℃, cross-linked polyethylene 90 ℃;

3. Allowable bending radius of the cable: the minimum is 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable.

Technical indicators:

1. DC resistance of finished cable conductor (in accordance with GB / t3956)

2. The insulation resistance of the finished cable shall not be less than 100m Ω· km for fluoroplastic and silicone rubber insulation at 20 ℃. PVC insulation shall not be less than 50m Ω· km

3. The finished cable shall withstand the AC 50Hz, 3.5kv/5min voltage test without breakdown.

4. Shielding layer characteristics: the transmission impedance of the cable is equal to or less than 100m Ω at 100MHz; The ideal shielding suppression coefficient of the cable is equal to or less than 0.01; Anti external magnetic field interference ability: the induced voltage between the cores in the external magnetic field with a magnetic field strength of 400A / m50hz shall not be greater than 0.1V; Antistatic induction capacity: when the electrostatic discharge test voltage is 10kV, the induced voltage between the cable cores shall not be greater than 0.1V;
