Executive standard
The rated voltage 0.6/1kv PVC insulated and sheathed (flame retardant) power cable GB / t12706.1-2008 is equivalent to iec60502.2-1997 flame retardant cable, and the combustion characteristics comply with GB / t18380.3-2001.
Usage characteristics
1. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 70 ℃. In case of short circuit (the maximum duration shall not exceed 5S), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 160 ℃.
2. The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃, and it is not limited by the drop during cable laying, so it is easy to maintain.
3. When laying cables, the minimum bending radius shall not be less than 10 times of the cable outer diameter, the minimum bending radius of armored cables shall not be less than 12 times of the cable, and the minimum bending radius of five core cables shall not be less than 15 times of the cable outer diameter.
Product use
This product is suitable for power transmission and distribution in lines with rated voltage of 0.6/1kv (flame retardant cables are suitable for places with high cable laying density and strict fire protection requirements such as high-rise buildings, subways, power stations, large industrial and mining enterprises).
Technical indicators
1. The insulation resistance of 0.6/1.0kv finished cable shall not be less than 36.7m Ω. Km when converted to 20 ℃
2. The finished cable shall withstand the withstand voltage of AC 50Hz and 3.5kv test voltage at room temperature, and the test shall be stable for 5 minutes without breakdown
3. The flame retardant characteristics of flame retardant cables shall meet the requirements of GB / t18380.3-2001 or iec60332-3 (2000) bunched vertical combustion test
