purpose
This product is used for railway signal communication, fire alarm signal, Telegraph and automatic machine line devices with AC rated voltage of 250V and below.
Usage characteristics
1. The cable is used at - 40 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃
2. The cable shall be laid under the condition that the ambient temperature is not lower than - 50 ℃
3. Cables are allowed to be laid in any level difference
Organization and main data
1. Conductive core: made of soft copper wire with diameter of 1.0mm.
2. Insulation: the conductive core is insulated with polyvinyl chloride, with a nominal thickness of 0.9mm
3. Sheath: the twisted cable core is wrapped with a layer of PVC sheath, and its thickness is as specified in Table 1.
Technical performance
1. The DC resistance of conductive wire core is not more than 23.5 Ω per km at the temperature of + 20 ℃
2. Insulation resistance between cable cores: not less than 6om Ω per km at temperature + 20 ℃
3. Single core capacitance of cable core: no more than 0.3 per km μ F
4. The cable core can withstand AC 50hez and 1000V voltage test for 5min
Delivery length
The delivery length of the cable shall be specified in the contract by agreement of both parties. If not specified in the contract, the delivery length of cables with 16 cores and below shall not be less than 300m; for cables with 16 cores and above, the delivery length shall not be less than 250m; short cables with a length of not less than 50m are allowed to be delivered, but the quantity shall not exceed 5% of the total delivery length
