purpose

This product is applicable to the transmission of audio signals and fixed railway signals and control lines of some automatic devices with AC rated voltage of 50ov or DC voltage of 1000V and below. It can transmit general automatic signals of railway signal, centralized and closed, and also transmit audio signals such as frequency shift automatic block and business call.

Usage characteristics

1. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable core shall not exceed + 70 ℃

2. The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than - 5 ℃ for ordinary PVC sheathed cables and not lower than - 10 ℃ for cold resistant PVC sheathed cables; Polyethylene sheathed cable shall not be lower than - 20 ℃

3. Bending radius: the cable is allowed to be laid on the line with any horizontal difference, and the bending radius shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable.

Delivery length

1. The delivery length of cables over 500m shall not be less than 50% of the total delivery length, and the delivery quantity of short cables from 50 to less than 250m shall not be more than 3% of the total delivery length

2. Delivery in any length is allowed through negotiation. Length measurement error shall not exceed 1%
